Choose Hourly or Fixed Price Leak Detection
Choose a leak detection bundle from £450 + VAT or a standard hourly rate from £100 + VAT. Your chosen option & scope are agreed before work begins. The fixed survey price does not increase simply because the agreed investigation takes longer. Repairs & reinstatement are priced separately.
What we do
We specialise in leak detection & are experts across plumbing, heating & drainage. We combine extensive system knowledge with specialist equipment to investigate the symptoms, locate the problem & explain the next step.
What your fixed survey includes
The fixed price covers the complete leak detection survey to locate the leak, using the appropriate combination of pressure testing, thermal imaging, moisture mapping, acoustics, borescope inspection, tracer gas analysis & dye testing. You receive clear findings & a professional written report. Parking, congestion & travel within our coverage area are included.
What is not included
Repairs, materials, excavation, waste removal & reinstatement are separate from the survey. CCTV drainage surveys, power flushing & moling are separately priced services. All additional work is agreed before it begins.
