The fixed-price survey includes the appropriate combination of pressure testing, thermal imaging, acoustic detection, moisture mapping and tracer gas where required. Please allow approximately 2–3 hours on site, including up to 2 hours of pressure testing where needed.
Slow or intermittent pressure loss may require additional monitoring, isolation or staged testing. We explain the findings and agree any further work before proceeding. Repairs, excavation, specialist access, materials and reinstatement are quoted separately.
